Passenger Transfer Terms and Conditions
Welcome to Adriatic Coast Transfers! Please read our transfer terms carefully to ensure a pleasant and safe experience with us.
1. What is a transfer?
A transfer is transportation of at least one passenger from a starting point to the final destination. One of the points must be a terminal (airport, seaport, train or bus station). You can choose the second point from the offered destinations or enter a specific address.
2. Type of transfer and capacity
A transfer can be one-way or round-trip. The number of passengers depends on the type of vehicle.
3. Booking
Bookings are made through our website actransfers.hr by filling out the required forms.
Bookings must be made at least 48 hours before the start of the transfer.
Passengers will be greeted by a driver holding a name sign and transported to the requested address.
The transfer price is stated per vehicle.
The person entering the data is responsible for its accuracy.
The carrier reserves the right to decline a reservation. Once accepted, a confirmation will be sent to your email address.
4. Luggage
Allowed luggage per passenger:
- 1 standard suitcase or bag
- 1 carry-on item
Additional luggage is not charged but must be reported in advance.
Unreported luggage may be refused due to limited space.
The carrier is not responsible for the contents of your luggage.
5. Transporting children
Children must be accompanied by an adult.
A child seat or booster is mandatory for children aged 0 to 5 years.
Child seats or boosters are provided free of charge.
Each child occupies one seat and is counted as an adult passenger.
6. Flight tracking and delays
We track your flight to adjust the transfer to the actual arrival time.
No additional charges apply for flight delays.
7. Vehicles and safety
All vehicles undergo regular technical inspections and are insured according to Croatian law.
Passenger insurance is included in the transfer price.
Passengers under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or illegal substances will not be accepted and are not entitled to a refund.
Inappropriate behavior that endangers safety will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the vehicle and notification of the authorities.
Only non-alcoholic beverages and closed bottled water are allowed during the transfer.
Eating, drinking alcohol, or consuming illegal substances is not permitted.
8. Transfer of rights and obligations
The carrier may transfer rights and obligations to a third party without prior notice.
Verbal agreements are valid only if confirmed in writing (via email).
The carrier is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond their control (traffic congestion, force majeure) and is not obligated to compensate for damages.
Transfer time is approximate; please leave enough time for the next leg of your journey.
If the selected vehicle is not available, the transfer will be carried out with another suitable vehicle.
9. Payment
Payment is made in cash to the driver upon completion of the transfer.
The carrier is the only party authorized to collect transfer payments.
No additional charges apply beyond those defined in these terms.
