FAQ: Pag Island Transfers

We are going to a mobile home/pitch. Can we stop for groceries?

Yes. Self-catering guests often need supplies. We can make a short stop (up to 15 min) at a supermarket (Lidl, Kaufland, or Plodine) in Zadar or on the way to the island. Please request this in the booking notes.

We have camping gear, bikes, or a SUP board. Which vehicle do I need?

You must book a Minivan. Standard sedans cannot accommodate oversized luggage like tents, bike boxes, or surfboards. Please list all non-standard items in your booking so we can remove seats if necessary.

Do you drop us at the main road or the reception?

We enter the resort.
Camping Šimuni: We drive past the main gate directly to the check-in reception.
Aminess Avalona: We drive directly to the hotel/camp reception.

What happens if the Pag Bridge is closed due to wind (Bura)?

If the bridge is closed to all traffic, we will use the ferry line (Prizna-Žigljen) to reach the island. In extreme weather cases where ferries also stop, we will contact you to arrange alternative plans.

Are pets allowed?

Yes. Both Camping Šimuni and Avalona are pet-friendly, and so are we. Pets must travel in a carrier box or be restrained. Please notify us in advance.

How do I pay?

Payment is made in cash (EUR) directly to the driver upon arrival. We do not accept credit cards.
